Password Characters
Password Guidelines:

Password Requirements

  • Must contain between 8 and 30 characters
  • Cannot contain spaces
  • Cannot be the same as your username
  • Must contain an upper and lower case letter characters
  • Must contain at least 1 numeric character
  • Must contain at least 1 special character: # $ % ( ) * @ ^ |
Username Guidelines:

(Username cannot be changed once established): Must contain between 6 and 30 characters, cannot contain "special" characters, cannot contain spaces and cannot be the same as your password.

Supported Browsers

Please note, Seneca Customer Connection supports the following browsers:

  • Internet Explorer¬†10+
  • Microsoft Edge (all versions)
  • Chrome 22+
  • Firefox 11+
  • Opera 12+
  • Safari 5.1+

Lower versions are not supported.

Access to Seneca Customer Connection through Windows Operating Systems

To maintain a high level of security for our customers, users will not be able to access Seneca Customer Connection through the Windows XP or Windows 2003 Operating Systems, beginning on Sunday, April 12, 2015.

Hours for Accepted Payments

The option to Make a Payment is not available each day during the following blackout period.

  • Blackout Start: 11:00 pm (EST)
  • Blackout End: 1:00 am (EST)
Cutoff Time for Same-day Drafting:

10:00 pm EST (This is the time after which a draft requested today will be drafted the following business day)

E-Statement Enrollment and Cancellation
To Enroll:

Under the Statements and Documents tab, click Mortgage Statement, then Enroll

To Cancel:

Under the Statements and Documents tab, click Mortgage Statement, then Cancel
