  • Requests to establish an escrow account on a non-escrowed loan must be submitted in writing. In addition, the request must include proof that the items you are requesting to be escrowed have been paid within the past 60 calendar days.

    Please complete the form below and attach your most recent paid property tax bills and / or hazard insurance declaration page(s)/receipt(s).

    Within 5-7 business days, Seneca Mortgage Servicing LLC will mail you an Escrow Set-Up Agreement form containing the details surrounding your request. Please review, sign and return this form as quickly as possible to avoid delays in establishing your escrow account.

  • I/We request and authorize Seneca Mortgage Servicing LLC to establish escrow collection on the above referenced loan for the items selected below.


  • Within 5-7 business days, Seneca Mortgage Servicing LLC will send you an Escrow Set-Up Agreement Form outlining the terms and estimated amounts of your new monthly payment.

  • Please attached your most recent paid property tax bills and / or hazard insurance declaration page(s) prior to submitting this form. Upload it here. We only accept PDF and image files less than 2MB. You may upload 10 files at a time.
